A streetwear label's drop store — countdown, cart and WhatsApp checkout
Current project. The pieces, photos and order number are stand-ins until the brand sends the real ones — the countdown, shop, cart and checkout flow all work.

A store for a Guyanese streetwear label, built around the drop. A live countdown builds the wait, the shop and cart work like a big-brand store, and checkout ends in a WhatsApp chat with the whole order already written — no payment provider needed.
What we built
- Countdown start screen that flips to “shop now” when the drop goes live
- Shop and product pages with sizes, quantity and a slide-out cart
- Checkout that opens WhatsApp with the full order typed out
The standout
Checkout that ends in a WhatsApp chat
Pick sizes, fill a cart, tap one button. WhatsApp opens with the whole order already typed — every piece, size, quantity and G$ price, the total, and space for name and delivery. The brand confirms payment in the chat, so the store needs no payment provider and no monthly checkout fees.

The breakdown
Everything it does, front to back.
11 things this site handles — most of them invisible until you need them.
What visitors see
Countdown start screen
A full-screen countdown to the drop, each digit rolling over as it changes. When the time is up it turns into a “shop now” link on its own.
Drop alert sign-ups by email or SMS
A sign-up panel with Email and SMS tabs, and a sign-up box in every footer.
Shop and product pages
Every size shown, sold-out sizes struck through, front and back views, size and quantity pickers. Try to add without a size and the size row shakes and asks.
Slide-out cart
Change quantities, remove pieces and see the total in G$. It stays saved on the shopper's phone between visits.
Order one piece on WhatsApp
Every product also has a one-tap WhatsApp order for just that piece.
Lookbook, About and Contact
A campaign grid, big animated brand statements, and one-tap WhatsApp, email, Instagram and TikTok.
What runs behind it
One settings file
Drop date in Guyana time, the WhatsApp order number, currency, socials and background media — change one and every page updates.
Products kept in one list
Names, G$ prices, sizes, sold-out flags, care and fit notes. The site builds a page for every product from it.
Sign-ups ready for any tool
Emails and numbers are checked on the server, ready to forward to a Google Sheet, Klaviyo or Zapier once the brand picks one.
Swap-in video backdrops
The start screen takes a video or a photo, and the shop banner takes a video. Until the shoot lands, a built-in animated backdrop with film grain holds the space.
Motion that respects people
Header text inverts to stay readable over video, animations calm down for reduced-motion settings, and the cart and countdown are labelled for screen readers.
