Euphoria Architecture

Architecture and design studio — with an AI enquiry assistant

ClientEuphoria

ScopeDesign + build + AI assistant
Euphoria Architecture home page

A showroom for an architecture practice — slow and deliberate, more printed monograph than brochure — with an AI assistant that turns visitors into qualified project enquiries while the studio is busy designing.

What we built

  • An AI assistant that answers questions and qualifies enquiries in the chat
  • Three-step Inquire page: the vision, the site, the details
  • Project archive, journal and in-depth service pages

The standout

Annabelle, the AI enquiry assistant

Named after the principal architect, she greets visitors, answers common questions and collects each person's name, project type, budget and contact — understanding everyday answers like “new office building” or “about 30 million”. When the chat ends, the answers and the whole conversation go to the studio.

The breakdown

Everything it does, front to back.

10 things this site handles — most of them invisible until you need them.

What visitors see

  • Always-on chat

A bubble on every page, a greeting that matches the time of day, and two choices: let's start, or just browsing.

  • Four questions and a progress bar

Name, project type, budget in GYD and a phone or email, with a bar showing how far along they are.

  • Understands plain language

Visitors type the way they talk; she files each answer under the right option, answers side questions, then steers back.

  • Three-step Inquire page

The Vision, Site & Context, then Details — each step checked before moving on.

  • Projects, Journal and Team

A project archive with galleries, long articles written for Guyana, and the principal architect's profile.

What runs behind it

  • Leads arrive with the whole conversation

Name, contact, project type, budget and the full transcript, sent through the same server-side mailer as the contact form.

  • The AI key stays on the server

The chat talks to the AI through the studio's own server, so the account key is never in the browser.

  • Keeps going if the AI doesn't

If the AI is slow or down, built-in checks take over and keep collecting answers — no lead is lost.

  • Junk filtered out

Filler names, gibberish budgets and anything that isn't a phone number or email are refused. Typing “call me” ends the chat and sends the enquiry to the studio straight away.

  • Remembers where they left off

A half-finished enquiry is still there when a visitor comes back.
