555 Speedway
Guyana's go-kart circuit — the booking site and the system that runs the track

A booking site for a race track, and the system that runs the track behind it. Families reserve a kart or sim session in a few taps; staff watch it arrive with a reference number, the waiver status and a price the server has already checked.
What we built
- Online booking for karts, private track passes and sim racing
- Waivers read and accepted in the booking, or signed on a phone before arrival
- A staff system for bookings, customers, payments, waivers and invoices
The standout
One system, from the website to the track
A booking made on 555speedway.com lands straight in the staff system with its own reference number, an automatic email to the customer, the waiver status and a price the server has checked. Staff confirm it, take payment, get the waiver signed and print the invoice — on one screen.

The staff system is private, so it's described below rather than shown.
The breakdown
Everything it does, front to back.
14 things this site handles — most of them invisible until you need them.
What racers see
A cinematic racing site
An animated track map and a 3D kart visitors can spin — overview, engine, cockpit.
Book in a few taps
Adult, junior cadet or double kart, private track passes, or a racing sim. The total updates as they choose, weekend pricing included.
The waiver inside checkout
The full waiver opens in the booking, and it has to be scrolled to the end before it can be accepted. Sim racing has its own.
Skip the line
Sign the karting or sim waiver on a phone before arriving, then just give a name at the counter. Under-18s are told a guardian co-signs at the track.
Instant reference and email
A reference number on screen and a branded email with the session, the date and the amount due.
Hall of Speed
The fastest sim laps this month and all-time, live from the staff system — with a full-screen version for the venue TV.
What runs the track
The staff booking system
Every booking, customer, payment, waiver and invoice in one private app — with more than 8,000 customer records moved over from the track's old booking platform.
A queue for web bookings
Web bookings arrive as drafts, linked to the customer's profile. One click confirms or rejects. Flags catch a missing ID, an unsigned waiver or a price that doesn't match, and banned customers never become bookings.
Prices checked by the server
The server works out every price itself instead of trusting what a browser sends, and size limits and a cap on repeat requests keep junk out.
Matching reference numbers
GT-RACE-YYMMDD-0001 for karts, GT-SIM- for sims — the same number on the screen, the email and the invoice, and never handed out twice, even when two bookings land at once.
Waivers, invoices and payments on one screen
Invoice, pull-sheet and waiver tabs; signing on screen; cash payments, refunds, notes and a clean printed invoice. Missing waivers are flagged on the booking and on the dashboard.
Karting and sim kept apart
Separate bookings, stats, invoice series and waivers, so the two revenues are never mixed.
An owner's dashboard
Today's sessions, new web requests, missing waivers, unpaid bookings, payment checks, monthly passes and the staff shift board — plus revenue reports, an activity log and expenses.
Roles, archives and nightly backups
Owner, admin, manager, staff and viewer each see only their part. Deleting a booking or customer archives it instead of erasing it; customers, bookings, payments and expenses are backed up every night at 2 am; bookings export to a spreadsheet.
