Air Dash
A request-to-fly website and team console for a Guyanese regional airline

A redesign concept for Air Dash, the regional airline at Ogle. The old site pushed accounts and sign-ins, but the airline actually works from requests. So the concept starts there: tell us when, where and how many, and the team replies with options and a price.
What we built
- A flight request form with no account, filling in a boarding pass as you type
- A weekly schedule the airline's own team publishes from a console
- Dash Assist, a chat concierge for flights, fares and booking
The standout
Request a flight — no account, no password
The form asks only what the team needs: name, contact, route, date, time and passengers. A boarding pass beside it fills in as you type, so the request feels like a ticket before anyone has replied. The team answers with availability and pricing by email or WhatsApp.
- 01 · ArriveTime is money. Fly over it.
- 02 · CheckThis week's confirmed flights
- 03 · RequestRoute, date, passengers
- 04 · ReplyThe team sends options + price
- 05 · FlyMeet at the airstrip

The breakdown
Everything it does, front to back.
8 things this site handles — most of them invisible until you need them.
What visitors see
A boarding pass that fills itself in
The request form and a live ticket side by side — route, date, time, passengers and flight type.
This week's confirmed flights
Day tabs, routes such as Ogle to Kaieteur Falls, departure times, seats, fares and a Request seat button on each flight.
Dash Assist
A chat concierge on every page that answers questions about flights, fares and booking, and points to the team's phone and WhatsApp when a person is needed.
Proof, up front
Passenger stories, the airline's press coverage and its partners, plus an invitation to partner.
A guest list
A sign-up for new routes, offers and news.
What runs behind it
The Air Dash Console
One screen to publish the week's flights, work through incoming requests and see the guest list.
A schedule the team owns
The flights published in the console are the flights visitors see, so the timetable never goes stale.
A working prototype
The form, schedule, console and chat all run in the concept; the full build adds a database, team logins and notifications.
